Privacy Policy

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide when using the Systematics platform.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, send you technical notices and support messages, and respond to your comments and questions.

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Studio Manager is a Systematics connector that lets you manage your YouTube channel from AI tools such as Claude. It uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access. When you press Connect and approve Google's consent screen, you choose one channel and grant two permissions: to view and manage that channel's videos, playlists and comments, and to view its YouTube Analytics reports. We use this access only to carry out the actions you ask for in your AI tool, such as listing videos, editing a title, uploading a video you provide, moderating comments, or reading your channel's analytics.

What we store. We store an encrypted Google refresh token, your channel's ID and title, and the list of permissions you granted. We do not store your videos, comments, playlists or analytics; they are fetched from YouTube when a request needs them and returned to you. Any YouTube data held temporarily in memory or in logs is deleted or refreshed within 30 days.

Sharing. We do not sell YouTube data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the AI tool you connected and the service providers that host Systematics. Your YouTube data is shown only to you and to people you expressly authorize. We do not combine your channel's data with other customers' data.

Revoking access and deletion. You can disconnect at any time from the Studio Manager page in Systematics, which deletes the stored token and channel details immediately. You can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings; when you do, we delete the stored token and channel details within 30 days. To ask us to delete your data, email privacy@dovito.com and we will do so within 7 days.

Google API Services User Data Policy. Systematics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
