Product analytics
First-party analytics (PostHog) that shows us which parts of Systematics are used and where people get stuck. It runs through our own domain, identifies you only by an internal ID, and never records the text on screen or what you type. Screen recordings happen only if you turn on "Help improve Systematics" in Settings.

Advertising
Meta. Only with your permission, only on our public and sign-up pages while you are signed out, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. The same permission covers the sign-up and purchase confirmations we send Meta from our server, which identify you only by a scrambled internal ID.

Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising. The Meta Pixel never loads and we send Meta no sign-up or purchase confirmations, whatever else you choose.
Browser storage
Inside the app we also keep small interface preferences in your browser's local storage, such as dismissed tips and panel positions. They never leave your device.
