Accessibility Statement

Dovito wants everyone to be able to use Systematics, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or reduced motion. We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Systematics conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with the two exceptions noted under Known limitations below: captions on videos that people upload, and content provided by other services.

• Every button, link and form field has a name a screen reader can announce.
• Every page has its own title, one main heading and a main content region.
• Text and form field borders meet the WCAG contrast minimums in light and dark mode.
• Dialogs and search panels hold keyboard focus while open and return it when they close.
• Content that is hidden on screen cannot be reached with the Tab key.
• Signature and form fields can be placed on a PDF, moved, resized and removed with the keyboard.
• Animations are reduced when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Pages can be zoomed, and the page language is declared.

• Videos and recordings that people upload have captions only when the person who uploaded them provides captions.
• Some content comes from other services, such as payment pages hosted by Stripe and the Cloudflare security check on sign-up. Their accessibility is managed by those providers.

Every change to Systematics is checked by automated accessibility tests before it ships: a scan of key pages with axe, and code checks for unlabeled controls and fields. We also walk the core tasks (signing in, opening a project, messaging, billing and settings) using only the keyboard, and review what a screen reader announces at each step.
